Procedure to attend to Requests for Revocation and ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition)

To start the process of requesting ARCO Rights (Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition), and for the revocation of your consent to the processing of your Personal Data, you must duly fill out the form that we put at your disposal the following modality, In order to be provided with the folio corresponding to your request:

Once your request has been submitted, the Privacy Office may request, within a period of no more than 5 business days, the information and / or documentation necessary for monitoring, as well as for the accreditation of your identity, in accordance with the terms set forth in the Legislation.
